In a large bowl (or directly in a plastic bag), combine all marinade ingredients. Mix well to ensure honey is dissolved.
Add chicken, unfolding chicken thighs. Ensure chicken is fully coated in marinade, and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
Preheat grill to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Cook chicken on each side for 8 minutes. Leave lid closed. Ensure chicken reaches 165 degrees internally using a meat thermometer.
Once chicken is fully cooked, allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Slice, and enjoy!

Note: This recipe serves 8 people at about 2 chicken thighs per person. Adjust accordingly for smaller or larger portions.

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Spray basket with nonstick, and place chicken in air fryer basket. Cook for roughly 15-20 minutes, flipping at the halfway point, and cook until chicken reaches 165 degrees fahrenheit internally at its thickest point.
Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with foil, and spray with nonstick. Place chicken onto foil lined pan sprayed with nonstick, and bake for about 20 minutes. Chicken is done once it reaches 165 degrees fahrenheit at its thickest point.
