In a small sauce pan, mix 1 cup of juice with 5 tablespoons of beef gelatin. Turn heat to medium and whisk often, until gelatin is dissolved (it does not need to boil, just heat until gelatin is dissolved).
Add remaining 1 cup juice to gelatin/juice mixture and stir. Remove from heat.
If using food coloring, place gelatin/juice mixture into separate bowls and color as desired.
Using a syringe, or a pipette, fill mold (I like to do this with the mold on a sheet pan for easier transferring).
Place mold in refrigerator. Once gummies have fully hardened, gently remove from mold. This can be tricky, go slow and 'roll' them out of the mold gently.
