Ingredients

  • 4-6 slices prosciutto
  • 3 tbsp spreadable cheese (like Boursin)
  • 1 apple (thin sliced)
  • 4 oz sharp white cheddar (sliced thin, this is about half of a small block. It should yield about 15 pieces)
  • basil (chiffonade) (or arugula)
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Prepare a cutting board lined with plastic wrap. Set aside.
  • Place about 4-5 slices of prosciutto, slightly overlapping each other.
  • Lightly spread Boursin cheese (or other spreadable cheese of choice) over the prosciutto.
  • Add thinly sliced apples on top of spreadable cheese. Add thinly sliced cheese on top of apples.
  • Finally, add basil or arugula to top.
  • Roll the prosciutto, like a sushi roll, tightly while holding the ingredients inside.
  • Slice into 'sushi rolls'. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve & enjoy!
