Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent rolls (8 crescent rolls)
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 2.5 tbsp cream cheese (whipped, or softened)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Add parchment paper to a sheet tray and set aside.
  • Mix together cream cheese mixture: Combine cream cheese, honey and vanilla. Mix until smooth and no lumps remain. Set aside.
  • Unroll crescent dough into pieces as they're intended (long triangles). Spread about 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture onto each crescent roll. Add berries.
  • Roll into traditional crescent rolls, holding the filling inside as you roll. Place stuffed crescent rolls onto sheet pan.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked throughout.
