We use crescent rolls and stuff them with a homemade cream cheese mixture and fresh fruit. An easy recipe perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an after school snack.
1/4cupmixed berries(I used raspberries and blueberries)
Cream Cheese Filling
2.5tbspcream cheese(whipped, or softened)
1tsphoney
1/4tspvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Add parchment paper to a sheet tray and set aside.
Mix together cream cheese mixture: Combine cream cheese, honey and vanilla. Mix until smooth and no lumps remain. Set aside.
Unroll crescent dough into pieces as they're intended (long triangles). Spread about 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture onto each crescent roll. Add berries.
Roll into traditional crescent rolls, holding the filling inside as you roll. Place stuffed crescent rolls onto sheet pan.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked throughout.
