Easy Roasted Garlic

Roasting garlic only takes about 2 steps, and 30 minutes in the oven. So easy and flavorful!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 garlic head
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Cut the top 1/4 inch off of the garlic (including the dry exterior) and wrap it in a piece of foil, so the foil cradles the garlic.
  • Next, add about 1 tsp of olive oil on top of the garlic, so that it seeps into the garlic bulb. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the garlic.
  • Place the foil wrapped garlic bulb on a sheet pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the garlic is golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before handling .
