In a medium sized bowl, combine turkey, salt, pepper, garlic and dill. Mix to combine.
Divide meat mixture into 4 equal sections. Spread on top of 4 tortillas.
Heat a skillet on medium high heat. Spray with nonstick before playing tortilla meat side down. Ground turkey is cooked when it reached 165 degrees fahrenheit. Place on a plate once fully cooked.
In a separate bowl, combine Greek salad ingredients. Toss with dressing to combine.
Place Greek salad inside smash tacos. Serve & enjoy!
