1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best) 1 tbsp dijon mustard 3 tbsp honey 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp granulated garlic 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
Whisk or shake with a lid to fully combine.
Pour over salad, or serve as desired.
