Orange Ginger Salmon

An easy salmon recipe with fresh oranges, ginger, sesame and garlic.

  • 1 9x13 inch sheet pan
  • foil
  • nonstick spray

Ingredients
 

  • 1.5 lb salmon filet

Orange Ginger Glaze

  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp garlic (fresh chopped, or garlic in a jar)
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with foil, and spray with nonstick.
  • In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients and whisk with a fork until fully combined. Mixture should resemble consistency of icing/glaze.
  • Place salmon on foil lined sheet pan. Cover with glaze and spread completely over fish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until interior of salmon reaches temperature of at least 145 degrees fahrenheit. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
