1 lb ground turkey 1/4 cup chopped green onion 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 2 tbsp chopped cilantro 1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic 1.5 tbsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp lime zest 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup pank crumbs Sweet Chili Sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Using clean hands, mix well to combine.
Using a cookie scooper, scoop 12 meatballs and roll into a ball. Place them onto the sheet pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs reach 165 degrees internally.
Serve with sweet chili sauce if desired.
