Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces and place into pot of salted water. Turn heat to medium high and bring to a boil. Strain potatoes once fork tender, and rinse under cool water.
Once cooled, dry potatoes on a paper towel and place into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add feta cheese, chives, and red onion to potatoes .
Drizzle salad with lemon vinaigrette and toss to combine.
